Responsibilities:

Conduct 150-200 outbound calls to potential clients and existing leads to promote our real estate services. Provide detailed information about available Projects/Properties, including pricing, location, and features. Qualify leads based on client needs and interests, and update the CRM system with relevant information. Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met. Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in a tele calling or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills in Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in real estate or telecalling is an advantage.
