Job Description

We are at Innova Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in real estate. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and providing information about our real estate services and listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 150-200 outbound calls to potential clients and existing leads to promote our real estate services.
• Provide detailed information about available Projects/Properties, including pricing, location, and features.
• Qualify leads based on client needs and interests, and update the CRM system with relevant information.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a telecalling or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills in [English, Arabic, French, Hindi, Russian]. Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in real estate or telecalling is an advantage.
