Telesales Executive (real Estate)

Job Description

Our client,a well known real estate broker is looking for a telesales Executive to join their office in Business Bay

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Experience in real estate sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
