Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up on client inquiries.
• Present and pitch properties in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Maintain an updated database of client information and interactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
