We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive who is fluent in Malayalam, Tamil Telugu to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound sales calls, achieve monthly targets, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers in Malayalam, Tamil Telugu
• Promote products or services and explain features and benefits effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil Telugu (spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Own Visa can also apply
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
