Job Description

The Telesales Executive for Interior Fitout will focus on promoting and selling interior fitout solutions to potential and existing clients. This role involves understanding customer requirements related to interior design and renovation, providing appropriate solutions, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote interior fitout services.
• Understand client needs and requirements related to interior design, space planning, and fitout services.
• Provide customized solutions and quotations based on client specifications.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details.
• Follow up on leads, conduct market research, and identify potential clients in the industry.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the interior design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.

Qualification and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the interior fitout or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and industry trends is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
