Job Description

As a Telesales Agent, your primary goal - is to drive sales revenue

Outbound Calling:

making proactive calls to potential customers

Inbound Call Handling:

responding to incoming calls from customers who are interested in learning more about our services

Lead Generation:

identifying and qualifying leads through conversations with potential customers (probing questions to understand their needs, interests, and budget).

Documentation and Reporting:

maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on conversations, sales orders, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
