Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone calls and emails to introduce them to available properties.
• Understand client needs and preferences, and provide information on properties that match their criteria.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Explain terms of sale, answer questions, and overcome objections to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, property prices, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and energetic attitude.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• UAE market knowledge and understanding of real estate regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English & Hindi is a MUST.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
