Job Title: Telesales Executive - Fit-out & Construction Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into clients for our fit-out and construction services. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales & building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

Contact potential clients from databases, online sources, and referrals to introduce our fit-out & construction services.

- Follow-up & Client Engagement:

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and close deals.

- Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Market Research:

Identify and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

- CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback.

- Proposal & Quotation Assistance:

Coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals and quotations for clients.

- Customer Support:

Address customer inquiries, provide product/service details, and resolve concerns professionally.

- Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the business development and sales teams to strategize on sales growth.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years

of telesales experience (construction or fit-out experience preferred).

Strong

negotiation

and

persuasion

skills.

Fluent in English(Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Familiarity with CRM softwareand basic MS Office applications.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills*.

Knowledge of fit-out and construction industry servicesis a plus.
