Job Description

We are looking for a

highly motivated Telesales Executive

to drive sales and connect with potential customers over the phone. If you have

strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions to drive sales. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM software. Achieve and exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

. Stay updated on

product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries.

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

0-2 years in

telesales, telemarketing, or customer service

.

Skills:

Strong

communication, negotiation, and persuasion

skills.

Sales-Driven:

Ability to

meet and exceed sales targets

.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using

CRM tools and sales software

.

Languages:

Fluent in

English & Hindi

(additional languages like Telugu or Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil are a plus).

Education:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
