We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships through phone-based interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce products or services, with the goal of generating interest and driving sales.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, assess their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Sales Conversion: Close sales deals over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Lead Management: Accurately record all calls made and received, tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing roles; experience in the Real Estate industry
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
