Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound leads & outbound calls from potential real estate buyers and investors. Qualify leads based on specific criteria Provide detailed information about available properties and answer client inquiries. ?Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the team internally to ensure all leads meet the agreed-upon criteria. Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into potential buyers. Stay updated on market trends and property listings to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

Must have own visa

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably within the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to engage clients effectively. Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and the property market in Dubai. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
