Female Telesales Executive

to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce and promote our forex trading services.

Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active trading clients.
Explain our trading platforms, account types, and services to potential clients.

Handle objections professionally and provide clear, informative responses to client inquiries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, forex trends, and trading strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Accurately log all client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Previous experience (1-2 years) in telesales within the forex industry is a MUST.

? Strong knowledge of forex, CFDs, and financial markets.
? Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
? Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
? Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
? Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
