Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Telesales Executive / Broker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities. Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, brokerage, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong persuasion and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, real estate, or investment sales. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage. Knowledge of cold calling strategies and lead conversion techniques.
