Responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and closing sales deals over the phone. The Telesales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
-Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our real estate properties and services.
-Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through market research, referrals, and other sources.
-Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to maintain communication with prospects and build long-term relationships.
-Provide accurate information to clients about our real estate properties, including features, prices, and availability.
-Persuade clients to schedule property viewings and attend property exhibitions to boost sales and revenue.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
-Update the company's customer database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and clients.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing clients' queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
-Attend regular training and development programs to enhance sales and communication skills and keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities
