We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves client communication, lead generation, customer support, and daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive approach to sales, and the ability to make multiple calls daily to convert leads into successful deals.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote real estate services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups
- Identify client needs and preferences, offering tailored property solutions
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings in collaboration with the sales team
- Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends and available properties
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsQualifications and Requirements- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to make multiple sales calls daily and handle objections effectively
- Proven experience in lead generation and telesales
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Previous experience in real estate telesales is a plus
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
