Job Overview: As a Tele sales Executive in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers, sellers, and investors to generate interest in our properties and services. Your role will involve building a strong pipeline of prospects, scheduling property viewings, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including property buyers, sellers, and investors, to introduce our real estate services and available properties.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns, to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Property Promotion: Present and promote our property listings effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment opportunities to generate interest and drive sales.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange property viewings, consultations, and meetings between clients and our real estate agents or brokers.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
• CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track interactions, manage client data, record sales activities, and monitor follow-ups.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively managing calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition and property sales.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present and promote properties, and handle objections.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate market trends, property types, and investment concepts is highly desirable.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Attitude: A proactive, enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to succeed in the real estate sector.
