Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for the real estate industry. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for contacting property owners and offering assistance in renting or selling their property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to property owners to offer assistance in renting or selling their property.
• Explain marketing strategies, comparative market analyses (CMAs), and the selling process to clients clearly.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, competitive listings, and factors affecting property values.
• Provide property owners with insights and recommendations based on current market data.
• Assist in negotiating offers with potential buyers, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements, including RERA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's real estate market.
• Proven expertise in property sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, or Hindi (whichever is preferred).
• Strong sales aptitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work from the office to make calls.

Compensation:

• Basic allowance ranging from 1,000-1,500 AED per month.
• Mobile package allowance for calling.
• Variable incentive of 5% to 10% commission share on every deal closed through the inventory/listing sourced by the candidate.
