Job Title: Telesales Executive - Real Estate (Amazon)

Amazon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with proven experience in real estate off-plan and secondary sales to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving sales by engaging with potential customers, promoting our offerings, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate properties (off-plan and secondary).
• Provide detailed and accurate information about property listings, pricing, and features.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively to close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property developments, and competitive offerings.
• Accurately document and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure excellent post-sales support and build long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, specifically in real estate off-plan and secondary sales (Added advantage to have experience in holiday homes )
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in off-plan and secondary properties.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
