We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our general trading team specializing in office supplies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their office supply needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote office supply products.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and provide detailed information about offerings.
• Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Track sales progress and provide regular reports to the sales manager
• Market and Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest office supplies trends and new product offerings.
• Gather and report feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow-up documents as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in office supplies or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product details clearly.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
