Salary: From 3,000 AED - 6,000 AED + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with experience in the PRO services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote our range of PRO services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote PRO services, including visa processing, company formation, and government liaison services.
• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the PRO services industry.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in telesales in the PRO services industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of PRO services such as visa processing, labor approvals, and government documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
