Job Summary
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients. Your main responsibility will be contacting prospective and existing clients, promoting services, and closing sales. This role demands excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
What You'll Do:
• Contact clients to inform them about our services and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Persuade clients to schedule appointments or purchase services.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Required Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilience to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Preferred Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (required); additional languages are a plus.

Pay: AED 2,500.00/month + incentives
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
