Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation : Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Sales Pitch : Effectively present and promote IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP, software solutions, and other technology services.
• Client Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and tracking potential clients.
• Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and enhance lead conversion.
• Reporting : Document and report sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience : 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT consulting or a related industry.
• Nationality : Female candidates preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Sales Acumen : Proven ability to close deals over the phone and achieve targets.
• Tech-Savvy : Basic understanding of IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions.
• CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM software for managing leads and reporting.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
