Telesales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our forex trading platform and services.
• Educate potential clients on forex trading, market analysis, and the benefits of using our platform.
• Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate trading solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and provide timely updates to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop targeted campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market movements, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Handle objections and resolve any customer issues to ensure a positive client experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
