Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Identify and target prospective businesses to grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
