Position overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients and promotion our Luxury Properties over the phone.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote luxury properties and generate sales leads.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

- Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.

- Provide information about property features, pricing, and availability to interested buyers.

- Schedule property viewings and appointments for interested clients and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.

- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay-up-to date with market trends, property listings and industry developments to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

- Always represent Luxury Homes Real Estate Company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in real estate industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.

- Knowledge of real estate sales techniques and the ability to effectively pitch and sell luxury properties.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.

- High level of motivation, resilience, and proactive approach to sales.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• telemarketer: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent in English (Preferred)
