Tele sales Executive
Job description
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling our products/services over the phone to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven approach. Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls.
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Close your own deals and also keep a regular follow up on it.
Should be able to multi task and do 100-150 calls per day.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (1-2 years) as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
