We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team at Fleeto. The main responsibility of this role is to find prospective clients for our Fleet Management Solutions and set up meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, specifically in the UAE market, and will be adept at identifying and engaging potential customers online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our Fleet Management Solutions.
• Identify potential leads through online research and social media platforms.
• Engage prospects and effectively communicate the value propositions of our solutions.
• Schedule meetings for our sales team with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed set targets for calls and meetings.
• Provide feedback and insights gathered from prospects to the marketing and product teams.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online lead generation tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Telesales Industries
