Job description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers while addressing their questions and concerns.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively to close sales.
• Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Hindi/ Arabic Speakers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Tele Sales in Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi/Arabic and English (Preferred)
