The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales through effective telephonic communication. The role focuses on promoting Arbrit's HSE training programs and consultancy services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Cold Calling :
• Identify potential clients through various sources such as directories, online platforms, and databases.
• Make outbound calls to introduce Arbrit's training and consultancy services
Customer Engagement :
• Build relationships with prospective clients by understanding their training and safety requirements.
• Explain the features and benefits of Arbrit's services and answer queries effectively.
Database Management :
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Update the database with new leads and client information regularly.
Market Research :
• Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs and service improvements.
Team Collaboration :
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
