Telesales Executive
Position Overview:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential clients, and converting inquiries into property sales. This role requires leveraging real estate knowledge and strong telesales skills to guide clients through the property buying process. The successful candidate will demonstrate high interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to handle client objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Initiate outbound calls to generate interest and qualify potential leads, using targeted lists and referral sources.
• Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, property events, and other sources to build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers.
• Sales Conversion:
• Effectively communicate property features, benefits, and availability, and handle client objections to move conversations toward a sale.
• Employ persuasive sales techniques and market insights to engage clients and support their buying decisions.
• Set up property viewings or meetings with senior sales agents as needed to facilitate client conversion.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs, ensuring follow-up communication to maintain engagement.
• Handle and resolve client inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Market Insight and Awareness:
• Maintain knowledge of the real estate market, including pricing, upcoming projects, and competitor offerings, to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• Administrative and CRM Management:
• Accurately record all lead interactions and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and regular status updates.
• Monitor call volumes, conversion rates, and other sales metrics; report on these to the Sales Manager and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a telesales role within the real estate sector or similar experience in property sales.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage and influence potential buyers through clear and persuasive communication.
• Customer Service Orientation: Skilled in building rapport and handling client inquiries with professionalism and tact.
• Sales Orientation: Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
