Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management team.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses to close sales effectively.
• Record sales calls and update CRM systems with customer information and feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and resilient.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
