• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
• Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
• Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department
• Great interpersonal skills
• Good time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure
