We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers and sellers, promoting our property listings, and driving sales. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, scheduling property viewings, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers, introducing our real estate services and property listings.
• Qualify leads and schedule property viewings or consultations with our agents.
• Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Provide accurate and timely information about properties, market trends, and company services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team..
