Job Summary:

As a Telesales Associate at Saraya Marketing management, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to sell our products (Crypto/Forex), generate leads, and drive sales. You will be expected to communicate effectively, handle objections, and close sales while meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
