Job Title: Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Sales Calls: Engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and provide information about available properties.
• Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential and existing clients to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings with potential buyers and sellers.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and detailed information.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
