Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our property listings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new leads.
• Present and promote property listings effectively to potential buyers.
• Manage and maintain client relationships with professionalism and courtesy.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
• Freshers are also welcome
• Female candidates preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry trends is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
