Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Team Collaboration:
