We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller executive( preferrably female) to contribute in generating sales for our company.

Here's a breakdown of what the job role typically entails:

Client Engagement:

• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify prospective clients, gather their requirements, and transfer the lead to the respective team.
• Initiate outbound calls to clients, respond to inbound inquiries.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
• Market Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets by converting leads into clients and facilitating property transactions.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Follow-up : Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Willing to join immediately
• Preferably with Real Estate background
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Target-driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
• Customer focused and bottom line oriented
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Customer-focused: A passion for helping clients with their properties and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Energetic and Enthusiastic: A positive attitude and a proactive approach to sales.
