Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and answer any questions from customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales leads in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
