Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai as a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing and converting incoming leads, working with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service and support, and providing on-the-job training to the junior sales representatives.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven track record in sales
Experience in customer support and training
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Arabic
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
we offer salary + Commission
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
