TELESALES EXECUTIVE - ONE BY ONE CAR RENTAL (Dubai)

• Female (Below 35)
• Qualifications: Appropriate Qualification / certifications.
• Language: English
• Work experience: UAE (Min 2 - 3 yrs.)
• Candidates should be available in UAE

:

• Use their tele sales executive skills to reach out to the target audience
• Ensure the sale of the company's offerings through the telephone
• Act as a representative of the company and help customers with their queries
• Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive
• Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.
• Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

1-Failiar with UAE car rental industry policies, regulations, in-depth research and sensitive judgment on future development trends and business opportunities.

2-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

3-Strong executive ability, good leadership, planning;

management, communication, coordination and target control;

4-Know the computer literacy ( MS WORD/Excel/Outlook);
