We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our real estate services, and converting leads into successful deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in the real estate industry.

•Responsibilities:•

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

- Present and promote real estate services to potential clients.

- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain and update the customer database.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

•Requirements:•

- 0-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Proactive and result-oriented mindset.

- Fluent in English.

•Qualifications:•

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

•Additional Information:•

- •Visa Provision:• No visa provided initially. A visa will be issued after one month based on performance evaluation.

- •Working Hours:• 10am-8pm.

- •Salary:• Negotiable.
