URGENT HIRING

At Next Door Real Estate, we are looking for experienced and qualified candidates to join us as a Telesales Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of calls to secondary market leads for renting and selling.
• Assist in building and structuring relationships between clients and the sales agents to make a successful transaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enquiring leads.
• Maintain professionalism and positive client relationships.
• Update client information on the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate sales centre or similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus, but not essential).
• Strong customer service experience with problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Efficient handling of high call volumes.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Strong decision-making skills.
