The King Brothers Properties (TKBP) is a real estate buying and selling brokerage and leasing properties, renting etc. We provide an extensive property search and acquisition service across the commercial and residential markets for both investors and occupiers.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate leads.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product/service or projects using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company projects.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and needs.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Secondary Project Knowledge Across UAE.
Hands-on Lead Generation.
Active With Resale and Leasing.
Manage and deliver the Sales on a day-to-day basis.
Achieve revenue, Average Revenue KPI targets.
Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives.
Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high performance.
Ensure all individual performance of all activities with clear KPI metrics and have a clear plan for incremental improvement.
Facilitate discussions between sellers and buyers and advise clients in making important decisions.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sales.
