Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product and service information to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any questions or concerns.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
