The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The primary role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales over the phone.Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide product information.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable promotional products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and meeting customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
