Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Executive at Rainbow Properties LLC Dubai in Dubai. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to communication, customer service, lead generation, customer support, and sales. You will engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their requirements, provide information about available properties, and assist them in making purchase decisions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service abilities Proven experience in lead generation and customer support Ability to meet sales targets and work in a target-driven environment Knowledge of the Dubai property market and development projects Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Proficiency in using sales CRM tools Fluency in English and Hindi and other languages is preferred Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Freshers are also welcome (Female) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
