We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telemarketing representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and queries. REQUIREMENTS:
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Immediate Joiner required.
- Should be able to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the services using scripts
- Answer questions about products or services of the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
- Handling Counselling & calls of prospective applicants & clients for immigration and work-permits.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
- Applicant should be results-oriented.
- Must possess the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You will be responsible for counselling these inquiries and selling our services, over the phone & in person.
- Commit to make Hot&cold calling and generate sales leads.
- Should explain the end-to-end process efficiently.
- Providing solution/answers to client for their concerns/queries.
- Meeting clients face to face and providing consultation.
- Preferred Languages: Hindi/Malayalam/ English
- Probe customers with right questions to understand their requirement Enter and update customer information in the database Keep a record of calls and submit daily report to the reporting manager.
- Candidate should be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Proven record of achieving targets and should be a go-getter.
- Should be highly enthusiastic and proactive.
- Should have good command on English language.
- Cool-tempered and ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be ambitious and eager to earn more & more incentives.
- Minimum two year of experience in similar industry.
- Flexible, adaptable and should be to work as part of a team.
