The ideal candidate will be a confident and articulate communicator. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Effectively convert provided leads into potential clients by engaging in compelling and informative conversations about available properties.
- Property Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the properties within the company portfolio to provide detailed and accurate information to potential clients.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with provided leads, understanding their preferences, requirements, and guiding them towards suitable property options.
- Database Management: Maintain a well-organized and updated customer database, recording client interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference and strategic planning.
- Market Updates: Stay informed about current market trends and updates to enhance conversations with potential clients and provide relevant insights.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, focusing on the conversion of provided leads into successful property deals.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and guiding them through the property acquisition process.
- Follow-up Activities: Conduct timely follow-ups with provided leads, ensuring their continued interest, addressing any concerns, and facilitating a smooth transition through the sales process.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the wider sales team, sharing insights and feedback, and working together to enhance overall sales strategies and performance.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all interactions with clients.
- Familiarity with real estate services and industry practices.
- Understanding of effective telesales techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Awareness of current market trends and property values in Dubai.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed property information.
- Organizational skills to maintain an accurate customer database.
- Positive and professional attitude in all client interactions.
- Confidence and articulateness in presenting and promoting real estate services.
- Minimum Bachelors in any field.
- Between 23 - 28 years.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
- Presentable and good-looking appearance.
- Option 1: AED 2000 + Lucrative Incentives.
- Option 2: AED 3000 (No Incentives).
